Rivette is registered in Denmark. Denmark is part of Scandinavia, and consistently ranks as one the most highly developed nations in the world. Online shopping with Danish companies is generally very safe. We also have some of the most stringent consumer rights laws possible. Your money is in good hands.
14 day Full Return Policy
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can return it for a full refund for any reason - in fact you do not even have to state a reason. Any return under the 14 day policy must be in brand new, unused condition. It is of course OK to unpack the product, but once you start using it it will be subject to normal warranty conditions.

Pricing and VAT:
All prices in Euro, and all prices include Danish VAT. Local import duties may be payable on orders from overseas.
Extended Warranty
All products on the Rivette Online Store carry a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. This is not unconditional of course - if you take your XC mountainbike and huck it of a 10 meter cliff we will not replace it. If you forget to take your road bike off your roof rack and torpedo the garage we will not replace it. But any clear manufacturing defect will be either exchanged or refunded asap.
