Dish of the day: I try to keep up with my Palio Diet which consists of vegetables, fruits and meat.
Favourite workout: 3×15 minutes AT (anaerobic Threshold) on hometrainer. (Peter Riis does 3×20 minutes but I can`t do that indoors. It`s too nasty….)
